WASHINGTON -- Once again, we see the uncanny ability of President Obama to tell the American people one thing while doing something completely different.
WILLIAMSPORT -- U.S. Rep. Tom Marino returned from his trip to the Middle East on Friday with an even stronger respect for American servicemen and women and an unwavering belief in the U.S. military’s work there.
The freshman legislator from Pennsylvania’s 10th District was one of four members of a congressional delegation that completed a tour of Iraq and Afghanistan on Friday.
WILLIAMSPORT (March 24, 2011) -- U.S. Rep. Tom Marino will return from a week-long trip to the Middle East tomorrow where he met with U.S. military leaders and troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Marino will discuss his experiences at a press conference at 3 p.m. Friday at the Lycoming Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center, 1605 Four Mile Drive, Williamsport.
Here’s what the House has accomplished:
Jan. 19: I voted with the House as it passed H.R. 2, the Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act: One of our first official actions was to repeal ObamaCare in its entirety and instruct committees to begin work on finding common-sense, patient-centered replacement legislation.
