WASHINGTON -- This is Rep. Tom Marino’s statement on today’s passage of Fiscal Year 2013 budget resolution. The budget framework, proposed by Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc, cuts government spending from its current elevated level of 24 percent of the economy to 20 percent by 2015. The House passed the measure by a 228-191 vote.
